4) Making of Gulf Emerald General Trading

It was Eng. Hamed Mahmoudi’s vision to start various businesses in Dubai. He took his first step opening a Trading company in Dubai in the month of June, 2003 by the name Hamed & Ali Trading dealing with industrial equipments, telecommunications, machinery, marble, diamond cutting tools, etc.

He moved on with his venture by diverting into the Food & Service Industry partnering an ethnic Lebanese Restaurant called Lialy Lebanon Restaurant & Café at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, U.A.E. which is reaching out to the various Emirates with its elegance, soothing atmosphere and exquisite Lebanese and Arabic cuisine. Then came along Gulf Emerald General Trading, launched in the month of January, 2004 which is growing rapidly since then.

Some of our trading activities at Gulf Emerald General Trading LLC include:

Not satisfied with serving the company’s esteemed clientele, which had now grown immense, he was, by clientele demand, forced, of course with gladness and a sense of commitment to start another three companies namely- Emerald Industries International DMCC LLC, (This company is registered in the USA especially for the European clientele in mind). Next Emerald International Tradings (with Tobacco Trading in mind) and Emerald Industries International (with tea and sugar in mind). These companies mainly deal in the procurement and sale of tobacco and tobacco products, perfumes and dental medical equipment (Agents for Anthogyr), restaurant and restaurant equipment, real estate and many more. A hand in every pie giving all and sundry sound value for money !! satisfaction and quality service with quality products.
